The primary reason for the Ricoh printer Offline issue is the connection problem. A loose power connection or the cable connection and driver causes such a problem.

Solution 1: Check Printer Settings.

• Step 1: Go to the Search bar and navigate to the Control Panel. 
• Step 2: In this section, click on Hardware and Sound. 
• Step 3: Then click on Devices and Printers. 
• Step 4: Verify that your Ricoh printer is set as default. 
• Step 5: it it is not, right-click on it and select See What’s Printing. 
• Step 6: Remove any unfinished print jobs from the queue.

Solution 3: Change the Printer Properties.

• Step 1: Go to the Start menu and navigate to Control Panel.

• Step 3: Click on Devices and Printers. 
• Step 4: Right-click on your printer and choose Printer Properties. 
• Step 5: Now, go to the Ports tab and choose the IP address of the printer. 
• Step 6: Click on the Configure port and ensure that the SNMP Status Enabled option is unchecked. 
• Step 7: Click on the OK button to save the changes in the printer’s properties.

Solution 4: Uninstall and Reinstall the Printer Driver.

• Step 1: Navigate to the Control Panel and click on Devices and Printers. 
• Step 2: Search for your printer and right-click on it. 
• Step 3: From the drop-down menu, select the Remove Device option. 
• Step 4: When the confirmation message pops up on the screen, select Yes to confirm. 
• Step 5: Once it is done, go to Ricoh's official website. 
• Step 6: Download the latest driver. 
• Step 7: Open the file to install the printer driver.
